It’s a left over sale from Cyber Monday that has been extended for the rest of today. We are always playing with makeup and looking for more ways to fine tune our day and night looks (which is a process since our mother never gave us those initial makeup lessons…mother daughter moments that we’ll never get back). So in our quest to become more familiar with the beauty and fun that is makeup, we like to do so on a budget. No use in us dropping down some serious cash for a look or a color that may or may not work for us. I’m glad we ran across this sale because they have much to offer for low tag that we so adore. So this weekend I spent Saturday night deep conditioning my hair and giving myself a mani and pedi. While I love being pampered at the salon as much as the next woman I feel like sometimes you give yourself more attention to detail than others (plus I LOVE DIY projects). Hey fab readers its Keedra here just giving you all a quick look at what I wore to work last week. As many of you all know working in a corporate environment can be rather bland when it comes to dressing (especially if they have a strict dress code). However, every now and then I like to incorporate trends at work. I personally love mixing patterns and texture (i.e. Solange) but it can be tricky wearing this look at work. The key to it is to be subtle and incorporate colors that bring it together (in this case it was the sweater that toned it down and brought it together making it work appropriate). Also, with the weather finally cooling off its finally time to start layering!! To avoid bulking up try layering thin pieces to keep you warm without adding extra inches to your look. This was by far my fave outfit of the week and made my day somewhat bearable. Let me know what trends you like to wear at work…give me some workweek inspiration 🙂

Hey fab reader we are still recovering from the Black Friday Madness however we figured that this would be the perfect opportunity to share a few things on our Christmas list to Santa. So guys everyone knows that we are a big fan of opulence (especially Keedra!!!). Sequins during the day, fur in the grocery store glitter on the nails just because and all thinks animal print are all things that we love. So it should come as no surprise that we are OBSESSED with elbow length glove for fall/winter. They are chic for fall nights worn over long sleeves or with capes and instantly glam up any look. While these gloves can be pretty pricy we found a pair at amazon that fit the bill for only $45.99. The second obsession is a faux fur snood. This is a classic timeless piece that instantly elevates any look. Hey fab readers we hope that you all had a fabulous Thanksgiving!! So guys and gals we have a love hate relationship with these denim pants. There is something cool yet chic about these jeans and we must admit that it was Rocsi that made us do a double take at the denim leather combo however the cost of $620.00 made us keep it moving.
